Former captain and all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan has been included in Bangladesh's Test squad to tour Zimbabwe later this month after he was passed fit.
He missed the recent tour of Sri Lanka to undergo surgery on his right calf muscle but he returns for the two Tests in Harare which begin on 17th and 25th April respectively.
The team will then play three One-Day Internationals in Bulawayo on 3rd, 5th and 8th May as well as two Twenty20 Internationals on 11th and 12th May, also in Bulawayo.
Missing out from the squad that eventually toured Sri Lanka after a raft of late injuries hit the squad are Anamul Haque, Shafiul Islam, Marshall Ayub, Abul Hasan and Elias Sunny.
Like Shakib, left-arm spinner Enamul Haque junior is fit again, and is included while left-armer Sajidul Islam is given a call-up as an extra pace bowler.
Bangladesh performed well in Sri Lanka, drawing the opening Test before losing the second, drawing the ODI series 1-1 and then losing the one-off Twenty20 International.
Zimbabwe, by contrast, failed to win a match on their recent tour of the West Indies but will be looking to home advantage to give them a lift against what is close to as strong a squad Bangladesh could name.
Bangladesh Test squad: Mushfiqur Rahim, Tamim Iqbal, Jahurul Islam, Mohammad Ashraful, Mahmudullah, Mominul Haque, Nasir Hossain, Sohag Gazi, Rubel Hossain, Shahadat Hossain, Shahriar Nafees, Enamul Haque junior, Robiul Islam, Sajedul Islam
