Snehal Pradhan Suspended From Bowling

India Women's seam bowler Snehal Pradhan has been suspended from bowling in international cricket after independent analysis of her bowling action showed it was illegal.

Comprehensive analysis, conducted by Professor Bruce Elliott in Australia, revealed when bowling, her elbow extension is more than the permitted angle of 15 degrees.

She had been reported following an ODI between England and India on 30th June by on-field umpires Jeff Evans and Graham Lloyd.

She will now be required to undergo remedial work before she can apply for her action to be re-assessed.
