The two hitherto unbeaten teams in the ICC Women's Cricket Challenge met on the fourth day of action and it was South Africa who maintained their perfect record at the expense of the West Indies.
They scored a six-wicket victory while there were also wins for Ireland and Sri Lanka.
Three batters were run out as the West Indies were dismissed by South Africa for 161. Stacy-Ann King top scored with 38 as Shabnim Ismail, Sunette Loubser and Angelique Taai all returned two wickets.
Chandre Fritz (43) and Crizelda Brits (31) then made useful contributions to the run chase, which concluded in the 40th over with South Africa easing to 162 for four.
Sri Lanka proved to be too strong for Pakistan, running out winners by 31 runs. They owed much of their success to an innings of 67 not out from Shashikala Siriwardene which guided her side to 220 for six from their 50 overs, despite them also losing three wickets to run outs.
Pakistan gave Sri Lanka a few scares before they were bowled out for 189, Nain Abidi hitting 54 and opener Javeria Khan 32. Siriwardene completed a fine all-round game by returning figures of three for 31.
Ireland beat the Netherlands by eight wickets as the two European sides met. After the Netherlands were bowled out for 172, Ireland closed on 175 for two with Cecelia Joyce unbeaten on 78 and sister Isobel making 63.
