South Africa Prove Too Strong For Zimbabwe

South Africa produced a polished all-round performance to beat Zimbabwe by eight wickets in their 2011 ICC World Cup warm-up match in Chennai.
Morne Morkel and Imran Tahir both took three wickets as Zimbabwe were bowled out for 152 and South Africa's top order carried them to victory in just 23.3 overs.
Brendan Taylor (40) and Sean Williams (35) top scored for Zimbabwe before South Africa took control of the match, Robin Peterson also taking two wickets.
South African openers Hashim Amla, who made 45, and Graeme Smith, who scored 41, put on 69 for the first wicket and although both men lost their wickets, South Africa were never seriously headed.
Jacques Kallis was unbeaten on 49 and AB de Villiers on 12 when the winning runs were scored.
