Sri Lanka Confirm ODI Squad

Sri Lanka have named their 15-man One-Day International squad ahead of the five-match series against England.

The experienced trio of Tillakaratne Dilshan, Mahela Jayawardene and Kumar Sangakkara return to the squad after missing the two-match series in Ireland.

New Twenty20 International captain Lasith Malinga is also named in the squad and will join up with his team-mates having been in Indian Premier League action with the Mumbai Indians recently.

Thisara Perera is included in the squad and Shaminda Eranga, who replaced Perera in Ireland due to a visa problem, misses out.

Also missing out are Niroshan Dickwella, Dammika Prasad, Upul Tharang and Kithruwan Vithanage.

The first of five matches is at the Kia Oval on 22nd May.
