The full schedule for England's tour of Sri Lanka in March and April has been confirmed, with the current world-leading Test side playing two warm-up games in Colombo.

They will arrive in Sri Lanka on 11th March and play a three-day warm-up game against a Sri Lanka Cricket Board XI starting on 15th March and then take on a Sri Lanka Development squad from 20th to 22nd March.

The first Test begins in Galle on 26th March before Colombo hosts the second and final Test from 3rd to 7th April.

England will then head home on 8th April to begin preparations for their home summer programme, which includes matches against Australia, South Africa and the West Indies.

15th-17th March: Sri Lanka Cricket Board XI v England XI, Colombo
20th-22nd March: Sri Lanka Development XI v England XI, Colombo
26th-30th March: 1st Test, Galle
3rd-7th April: 2nd Test, Galle
