Sri Lanka have recalled all-rounder Tillakaratne Dilshan to their One Day International squad to play Pakistan in a One Day International series later this month.
Dilshan missed Sri Lanka's 5-0 series win in Zimbabwe but two big hundreds in the second Test against Bangladesh in Chittagong issued the selectors with a timely reminder of his talents, and he also picked up four for 10 in the second innings.
Fast bowler Dammika Prasad lost his place in the squad to accommodate an extra batsman and the squad will leave for Pakistan after completing a tri-series with Bangladesh and Zimbabwe in Bangladesh which begins on January 10th.
The first of three ODIs in Pakistan begins on January 21st in Karachi.
