Sussex Sharks have today announced their squad ahead of the Friends Provident t20 South Group encounter with Hampshire Royals, which takes place this evening at The County Ground, Hove (5.30pm start).

The Sharks were beaten for the first time in fourteen t20 outings on Wednesday night as they lost by eight runs to Gloucestershire Gladiators. They will be looking to get back to winning ways against the Royals before travelling to The Brit Oval to take on Surrey Lions on Sunday.

Michael Yardy and Luke Wright are both unavailable as they are on England ODI duty, but Test ‘keeper Matt Prior and New Zealand International Brendon McCullum are both once again available for selection as they continue to a forge an impressive opening partnership.
