Sussex Sharks have today announced an unchanged squad ahead of the Friends Provident t20 South Group encounter with Glamorgan Dragons, which takes place this evening at The County Ground, Hove (7.10pm start).

The Sharks enjoyed another excellent weekend of t20 action, as they romped home to a nine-wicket win over Hampshire Royals at Hove on Friday evening, before their 39 run victory against Surrey Lions at The Brit Oval on Sunday. They are six points clear at the top of the South Group following their seven wins from eight matches.

Skipper Michael Yardy and Luke Wright are again unavailable as they are on England ODI duty, and they both played their part in the victory over Australia at The Rose Bowl yesterday.

Test ‘keeper Matt Prior and New Zealand International Brendon McCullum are both once again available for selection though, with the latter set to play his final game for the Sharks as his seven-game stint at Hove comes to an end.

The Dragons have had a mixed campaign so far winning three and losing three of their FP t20 matches, but they can boast Australian quick Shaun Tait in their ranks and the Hove crowd will get the chance to see one of the world’s fastest bowlers in action this evening.

Tickets are still available for the clash and the ‘Farnrise Friends For a Fiver’ scheme is in operation, whereby anyone who purchases or has purchased an adult ticket in advance can get a friend of any age into the ground for only £5, payable on the gate. Call the ticket office on 0844 264 0206 or visit www.sussexcricket.co.uk for more details.

The squad is as follows: RG Aga, WAT Beer, JS Gatting, MW Goodwin (c), AJ Hodd, CB Keegan, RJ Kirtley, RSC Martin-Jenkins, BB McCullum, CD Nash, MJ Prior, OP Rayner, DR Smith
