Leicestershire CCC and Terrasport are delighted to announce the official launch of the new cricket shop at Grace Road.
The shop, which is situated in the Meet, will be officially opened on Saturday, May 8th at 10am, although fans will be able to use the shop throughout the LV=County Championship game against Worcestershire Royals.
However, anyone who can't get down on a matchday can come and make purchases before matches start this weekend.
The shop will be open until 4pm and there is the chance to win two tickets to the Scotland match in the Clydesdale Bank 40-over game on Sunday, May 16, during the launch in an exclusive competition.
It is being run by Dave Baker and Julia Glueck of Terrasport, who are a cricket specialist retailer previously based in Nottingham. The shop will offer a wide range of products and brands catering for all sizes and budgets.
Dave said: "Our aim is to provide Leicester with its own first-class cricket shop, where fans can purchase all replica kit as well as their own equipment for playing.
"I have been involved in cricket for as long as I remember and it will be great to serve the Leicestershire public. We are looking forward to it."
Terrasport are dedicated to providing a friendly personal service, offering impartial advice if it is needed and finding the right product for each customer.
