West Indies 244-5 (Darren Bravo 68) v Sri Lanka
Third Test, Pallekele, day three

The third day of the third and final Test match between Sri Lanka and the West Indies was rained off in Pallekele as the bad weather continues to hamper the series.

The West Indies remain on 244 for five in their first innings after Devon Smith, Darren Bravo, Brendan Nash and Shivnarine Chanderpaul all scored half-centuries over the first two days.

Neither of the first two Tests, in Galle and Colombo, produced a positive result due to rain and bad light intervening frequently and persistent rain at Pallekele has rendered a third draw the most likely outcome in this match.

The West Indies had closed the opening day on 135 for two.
