Australia have called up uncapped fast bowlers Nathan Coulter-Nile and Josh Hazlewood as well as batsman Ben Rohrer for their Twenty20 International against the West Indies in Brisbane on 13th February.
Brad Haddin and Clint McKay are also in the squad as David Warner is unavailable through injury and Matthew Wade, Mitchell Starc, Glenn Maxwell and Xavier Doherty are on their way to India to prepare for a four-Test series.
Rohrer was tipped for a call-up for the matches against Sri Lanka on the back of an impressive Big Bash campaign for the Melbourne Renegades, but missed out. After scoring 295 runs at an average of 49.16, he now gets his chance.
Coulter-Nile took ten wickets in the same competition for the Perth Scorchers and has been in excellent form in all three formats of the game and has already been drafted into the ODI squad as cover for Starc.

"David Warner was not available due to his injured thumb while Matthew Wade, Mitchell Starc, Glenn Maxwell and Xavier Doherty will be in India preparing for the Test Series there," National Selection Panel (NSP) Chairman John Inverarity confirmed.
"Ben Rohrer had an outstanding season with the Melbourne Renegades in the middle order and Nathan Coulter-Nile has shown very good form in all three formats throughout the summer.
"Brad Haddin and Clint McKay are experienced campaigners and Josh Hazlewood is one of our very promising young pace bowlers who has recently regained full fitness.
"With the Test squad being in India this fixture will provide some more players with invaluable international experience."
