Three men on the International Cricket Council (ICC) Elite Panel of umpires will officiate at the Champions League Twenty20, which begins in India on 8th October.
Daryl Harper, Billy Bowden and Billy Doctrove will lead a team of umpires which also includes ICC International Panel members Russell Tiffin, Brian Jerling and Amish Saheba.
ICC match referees Javagal Srinath and Roshan Mahanama will be joined by former ICC match referee S Venkataraghavan.
“We’re thrilled to have appointed some of the world’s most experienced and well-respected umpires and match referees to officiate at the Airtel Champions League Twenty20," tournament chairman Lalit Modi commented.
“An event of this magnitude and prestige deserves to have a highly-skilled panel of match officials, and we think the group appointed epitomizes the global reach of the tournament and the way in which the inaugural Airtel Champions League Twenty20 will bring the cricketing world together.”
