Cleckheaton are the new leaders of the JCT 600 Bradford League First Division. They took over at the top after beating Pudsey St Lawrence by eight wickets while leaders Woodlands lost by 40 runs at Lightcliffe.

Yorkshire County Cricket Club, Leeds Rhinos Pull Together For Children's Day 2013

This year both Leeds Rugby and Yorkshire County Cricket will be joining up to host the annual Children’s Day event at Headingley Carnegie Stadium on Sunday 9th June 2013 between 10.30am-4pm. To celebrate the launch of this year’s event pupils from Blackgate Primary School in Tingley joined Leeds Rhinos winger Ben Jones-Bishop and Yorkshire County Cricket’s Ryan Sidebottom in a friendly Tug of War competition on the famous Headingley Carnegie cricket pitch.

The Wensleydale Creamery Link Up With Yorkshire CCC

The Wensleydale Creamery, producers of the famous Yorkshire Wensleydale Cheese, have announced a deal to become official partner of Yorkshire County Cricket Club until 2016. The three-year deal will see the historic cheesemaker's logo displayed on the sides and back of the players' shirts in all competitions.

Yorkshire Reveal Wicket-Keeping Shake-Up

Yorkshire County Cricket Club have confirmed that long-serving wicket-keeper Gerard Brophy will not have his contract renewed for the 2013 season. Brophy 36, has been an excellent servant to Yorkshire cricket since arriving at Headingley in 2006. He received his 1st XI county cap in 2008 and enjoyed a Benefit season in 2011. Gerard leaves a Club where he has become extremely popular and is now free to pursue opportunities elsewhere, with everyone in Yorkshire cricket wishing him well.

Yorkshire Fully Prepared And Ready For Friends Life t20

The latest edition of the Friends Life t20 is a landmark for the tournament that gave Twenty20 cricket to the world. Launched in 2003, it is now celebrating its tenth birthday and Yorkshire begin their campaign against Durham on Friday (15th June). Yorkshire have a mixed Twenty20 record, twice reaching the quarter-finals but going no further. In a bid to make this year different, they are making sure they are fully prepared.

Jacques Rudolph Returns To Yorkshire

South African batsman Jacques Rudolph has signed to return to Yorkshire as their overseas player for the remainder of the season. Rudolph played for Yorkshire between 2007 and 2010 as a Kolpak cricketer, passing 1,000 first-class runs in each season with the White Rose.

McGrath Undergoes Successful Knee Operation
