With Hertford confirmed as Saracens Hertfordshire Cricket League Division One champions last week, Totteridge Milhillians joined them in earning promotion.

They will play in the Home Counties Division next year after beating St Albans by seven wickets in their final match of the season.

Champions Hertford were beaten by Ampthill Town, whose victory helped them escape relegation by three points; Hitchin and St Albans losing their place in the First Division.

Reed were in contention to go up with Hertford but lost out, going down by 39 runs to Langleybury.

In Division Two, Dunstable took the honours from Botany Bay. Dunstable beat Baldock by five wickets meaning that Botany Bay's no less impressive four-wicket win over St Margaretsbury was in vain.

Meanwhile, in the Home Counties Premier League, Henley were crowned champions ahead of Slough with Welwyn Garden City and Potters Bar suffering relegation.

In The Home Counties Premier League Division Two East, Radlett won the league from Stevenage with West Herts, Hoddesden and Knebworth Park suffering relegation.
