Market Rasen and Billingborough will take their places in the 2014 Readers Lincolnshire ECB Premier League as two teams are promoted for the first time in eight seasons.
Market Rasen won the Lincolnshire County Cricket League (LCCL) while Billingborough are the South Lincolnshire and Border League and as both teams meet the criteria for membership, they will be promoted.
Hartsholme and Haxey will drop out of the Premier League and return to the LCCL.
At the league's Annual General Meeting (AGM) chairman Colin White congratulated the promoted teams on their success and thanked the relegated teams for their contribution to the league.
He added that the league is now a member of the Lincolnshire Cricket Network, which has been set up as part of the recently introduced Memorandum of Understanding that requires County Cricket Boards, County Cricket Clubs and ECB Premier Leagues to work together for the good of cricket in their county.
Finally, in a change to the rules, the clubs voted in favour of introducing 30-yard circles next season with four players, the wicket-keeper and bowler inside the circle at all times.
