ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier Group B, Abu Dhabi
Scorecard

The United Arab Emirates completed their ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier Group campaign with a perfect record of three wins after a 100-run victory over Canada in Abu Dhabi.

Having already beaten Kenya and the Netherlands, their place in the Super Four stage was guaranteed but there was no let up in performance as they posted 142 for seven before bowling Canada out for 100.

Arfan Haider top scored for the UAE with 46 in 43 balls while Saqib Ali blasted 43 in 29 deliveries and although only four players managed to reach double-figures scores, the home side had enough runs on the board.

Khurram Chauhan returned an impressive haul of three for 20, but Canada's batting struggled.

Openers Rizwan Cheema (8) and John Davison (4) fell cheaply and although Geoff Barnett thumped 19 in nine balls and number nine Saad Bin Zafar thumped 18 in 14 balls, no batsman could break free as Ali, Shadeep Silva, Ahmed Raza and Qadar Nawaz all picked up two wickets.
