Uncapped fast bowler Mohammad Saifuddin has been drafted into the Bangladesh squad for the One-Day International series against South Africa that kicks-off on 15th October.
Saifuddin has already played two Twenty20 Internationals for the Asian country in which he snared one wicket at an economy of 7.83 and has 36 wickets from 23 first-class games at an average of 24.61. He will replace Shafiul Islam in the squad that last played in the Champions Trophy tournament.
There have been three other changes to the squad which also sees the return of Nasir Hossain, Mominul Haque and Liton Das. They have replaced Mosaddek Hossain and Sunzamul Islam, who are recovering from an eye infection.
Bangladesh will play a tour game against Cricket South Africa Invitation XI on 12th October in Bloemfontein before the three match series that will be played between 15th and 22nd October with De Beers Diamond Oval, Boland Park and Buffalo Park being the venues.
