Sri Lanka have included uncapped off-spinner Tharindu Kaushal in a 15-man Test squad ahead of the two-match series against New Zealand.

Despite not having yet played a first-class, one-day or Twenty20 game aside from Under-19 internationals, 19-year-old Kaushal, was also named in the One-Day International squad but is yet to feature.

Sri Lanka are overwhelming 4/11 favourites to win the fourth ODI, according to bet365 while 19-year-old Kaushal has played 15 Under-19 ODIs, scoring 181 runs and taking 24 wickets at an average of 19.95.

He joins more experienced spinners Suraj Randiv and Rangana Herath in the squad for the matches, which begin on 17th and 25th November in Galle and Colombo respectively.

Meanwhile, the squad for the final two One-Day Internationals in Hambantota showed no changes from the first three matches before Tillakaratne Dilshan was ruled out with a back injury and replaced by Chamara Kapugedera.

It has been reported that he will miss the final two matches with a back injury.
