Ultimate Sports Nutrition (USN) and Worcestershire County Cricket Club (WCCC) have joined forces for the remainder of the 2012 season.

USN, an innovative international brand that has expanded internationally through new product development and marketing campaigns, prides itself on providing a range of great tasting high performance products at an affordable price.

USN's involvement in professional sport ranges across multi-sport disciplines and they are excited to be joining forces with WCCC for this summer’s Friends Life T20 campaign. USN’s wide range of products currently help power elite athletes across the world including South African One Day International Captain AB De Villiers.

Having joined forces with WCCC, Karl Bickley of USN (UK) Ltd said: "USN is proud to be working with Worcestershire County Cricket Club. We will be working closely with the coaching staff, especially Strength & Conditioning Coach, Ross Dewar, to help maximize the team's preparation, performance and recovery throughout the 2012 season and beyond."

Ross Dewar, WCCC Strength and Conditioning Coach said: “We are excited to be joining forces with USN and using their products to help provide the best nutrition support to our players for training, game days and recovery. We hope they will help give us the edge over our competitors to keep strong and play hard.”

This partnership comes in a big year for USN as they launch their Body and Lifestyle challenge in the UK. The scheme has been a huge success in USN’s birthplace, South Africa, and has helped transform thousands of people over the last 5 years, inviting them to give themselves a body makeover in just 12 weeks.

Setting the challenge apart from other initiatives, the USN’s dedicated team of experts are on-hand to support, offer advice and motivate individuals; they will be answering questions online: via Facebook, Twitter, You-tube and emails as well as in-person at in-store events and gym promotions nationwide throughout the year.

The life changing challenge, running throughout the whole of 2012, culminates in a glittering awards ceremony for 12 finalists and has illustrious prizes, for both Male and Female category winners, on offer including: becoming a USN ambassador for a year, £6,000 cash, a year’s supply of USN supplements, 12 month DW Fitness Membership, sports kit and more.

The ever-growing prize package will be awarded to the two individuals that make the biggest transformation as well as prizes for the remaining finalists including USN supplements for a year.
