Former England captain and Middlesex batsman Andrew Strauss says that his former county are now a force to be reckoned with following an excellent 2013 county campaign.
At the time of this interview during a 'Battle Of The Ashes' event held in London and managed by D and G Partners, Middlesex had just beaten Surrey to keep their chances of winning the LV= County Championship alive.
Strauss jokes that he wouldn't know what it is like to be in the position that the current team is as he never won the title during his playing days.
However, he pays tribute to the work done by Angus Fraser and Richard Scott in ensuring that Middlesex's first season back in the top flight following promotion in 2012 has been a memorable one.
