India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni rues the missed opportunities against New Zealand that have left his side 2-0 down in their One-Day International series.
Batting second in both of the opening matches in Napier and Hamilton, his team were well placed before falling short by 24 and 15 runs respectively.
The series moves on to Auckland on Saturday (25th January) and Dhoni knows that changes are required - both to the team line-up and their performance.
India must win the remaining three matches to claim the series and stand a chance of regaining the number one ODI ranking from Australia.
"We will have to change a few things - of course, how we are going to play our cricket. I feel that is something that will be crucial but overall we are looking forward to Auckland," Dhoni said in his post-match press conference.
"There have been a few things that have not really gone our way but I think it is very important that when you get the chance you make sure you win the game."
