Wimbledon Cricket Club won the ECB National Club t20 Finals with a convincing seven wicket victory over Northern Cricket Club at Edgbaston yesterday.
Wimbledon, who also won the Surrey Championship this season, took early wickets with disciplined bowling from Darren Hooey (3-28), Will Leith (2-11) and captain Neil Turk (2-8) to bowl Northern out for 90 in the final over.

Durham claimed an eight-wicket victory over Cornwall in the ECB U15 Boys County Cup B Division Final at Kibworth Cricket Club in Leicestershire, yesterday. After electing to bat, Cornwall were restricted to 88 and were bowled out in the 31st over in an innings which saw Durham captain Jack Burnham take 4-19 from five overs.

York batsman Duncan Snell has been named as this month's Gunn & Moore Cricket World batting performer of the month. Across four matches, he hit 364 runs at an average of 121.33. The highlight was his twin centuries in York's wins on the 21st and 22nd July against Driffield Town and Scarborough. Against the former, he hit 118 off 144 balls in his side's total of 302 for six, while in the latter he was even more impressive, batting throughout the innings to make 139 off 144 balls in their total of 331 for four.

Teenager Jake Libby has won the Gunn & Moore Cricket World batting performance award for June. The 19-year-old from Pensilva in Cornwall hit 452 runs at an average of 90.4 across six matches in June for his club Callington.
He began the month in fine fashion, hitting two centuries over the Diamond Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend (117 against St Austell and 145 against Grampound Road), and followed that up with an innings of 117 not out against St Just the following Saturday.

Through sun and rain The Kingfisher Beer Cup enters the latter stages of the tournament with the last 16 clubs looking to complete matches on Sunday 8th July and the 15th.
Amongst this year's last 16 are former winners of the National Knockout; Chorley, Teddington,York and Blackpool as well as the cream of the recreational club game.
