Pakistan Chief Operating Officer Wasim Bari is to head up a probe which will investigate Pakistan's poor performance during their tour of Australia.
Bari will lead a five-man panel which will evaluate the team's tour, during which they have lost all three Test matches and all five One-Day Internationals.
"Pakistan Cricket Board has formed an Inquiry Committee to evaluate the National Team's performance on the tour of Australia," a PCB statement read.
"The Committee will look into the various aspects of the team performance and make recommendations accordingly. PCB COO Wasim Bari will head the committee."
Joining Bari on the committee are Wazir Ali Khoja, Yawar Saeed, Haroon Rashid, Zakir Khan and Tafazzul Rizvi.
The problems have not been limited to merely playing cricket as Shahid Afridi has been banned for two Twenty20 Internationals after biting the ball during the fifth ODI in Perth and there were reports of a rift between captain Mohammad Yousuf and coach Inthikab Alam prior to the match.
In the absence of Afridi, Shoaib Malik is set to captain the side in the Twenty20 International on Friday 5th February.
