Left-arm quick bowler Chanaka Welagedara has been called up to replace injured fast bowler Suranga Lakmal in Sri Lanka's One-Day International squad.
Lakmal will miss the remainder of the ODI series against Pakistan in the United Arab Emirates and the Twenty20 International due to injury.
Welagedara played all three Test matches but was omitted from the original ODI squad but became the latest addition following a spate of injuries.
As well as Lakmal, Dammika Prasad, Prasanna Jayawardene, Ajantha Mendis, Shaminda Eranga and Nuwan Kulasekara are also sidelined with injuries.
Welagedara has played ten ODIs, the latest of which came in June 2010, when he played against India in the Asia Cup in Dambulla.
He has taken 15 wickets at 28.86 and an economy rate of 5.68.
