Chris Gayle and Tom Cooper hit big centuries in a high-scoring match between the West Indians and the Prime Minister's XI in Canberra before the tourists prevailed by 90 runs on the Duckworth/Lewis method.
Gayle thumped 146 in 89 balls, Travis Dowlin hit 72 and Lendl Simmons 70 as the West Indians racked up 399 for five from their 45 overs.
In reply, Cooper smashed an unbeaten 160 in 120 balls before three wickets from Nikita Miller and two from Darren Sammy stalled the home side's momentum.
Cooper hit 14 fours and six sixes with Tim Paine making 36.
The West Indies take on Australia in the first One-Day International on 7th February in Melbourne.
