West Indies Add Andre Russell To ODI Squad

The West Indies have added powerful all-rounder Andre Russell to their squad for the third and final One-Day International against Bangladesh in St. Kitts.

The home team are already 2-0 up in the three-match series following wins by three wickets and 177 runs in Grenada.

The final game in the series is tomorrow (25th August).

As the series moves on Warner Park in St Kitts, Russell, who has played one Test, 35 One-Day Internationals and 29 Twenty20 Internationals, is added to the 13-man squad.

He recently scored an unbeaten century playing for West Indies A against Bangladesh A and then enjoyed a productive time of things in the Caribbean Premier League, scoring 219 runs and taking 11 wickets for the Jamaica Tallawahs.

He also played both Twenty20 Internationals against New Zealand earlier this year.
