The West Indies have named a 14-man squad for the two-match Twenty20 International series against Australia that gets underway in Saint Lucia on 27th March.

The second game in the series is in Barbados three days later and ater the two sides drew an enthralling One-Day International series 2-2, the West Indies will be hoping to produce another set of strong performances.

Darren Sammy will lead the side with Dwayne Bravo as his vice-captain and wicket-keeper Carlton Baugh continues to deputise for the injured Denesh Ramdin.

Twenty20 specialists Nrkumah Bonner, Garey Mathurin and Krishmar Santokie are in the squad while Dwayne Smith and Fidel Edwards return to the squad having not featured in the ODIs.

There is no place in the squad for opener Adrian Barath or fast bowler Kemar Roach.

Set 370 to win, Bravo (45) and Chanderpaul (69) put on 110 for the fourth wicket but their dismissals put Australia back in the driving seat.

Cowan, Ponting Extend Australia's Lead

Australia closed day three of the third and final Test against the West Indies with a lead of 310 after another day in which they controlled proceedings. After the West Indies were bowled out for 218 in reply to 328, Australia closed on 200 for six as Ed Cowan and Ricky Ponting both scored half-centuries.

Wade Scores Century And Australia Close Well Ahead

Matthew Wade scored his maiden Test century and Nathan Lyon took three wickets as Australia closed day two of the third and final Test against the West Indies 163 runs ahead. Wade's 106 drove them to a score of 328, despite Shane Shillingford taking six wickets, and the West Indies then limped to stumps on 165 for eight in reply.

Australia Struggle As West Indies Fight Back

A fascinating opening day of the third and final Test between the West Indies and Australia ended with the tourists closing on a precarious 212 for seven. Shane Shillingford, the first Dominican to play a Test at home, returned figures of four for 77, troubling the Australian batsmen throughout the day.
