West Indies Women will play five One-Day Internationals and two Twenty20 Internationals against South Africa Women from 7th to 20th January.
The ODI series will provide both teams with competitive preparation for the World Cup and the two Twenty20 matches will be played ahead of the final matches of the Caribbean Twenty20.
Warner Park in Saint Kitts will host the opening ODIs on 7th and 9th January with Windsor Park in Dominica the venue for the remaining matches.
The Twenty20s, on 19th and 20th January, will be played at Beausejour Stadium in Saint Lucia.
"This series is part of the on-going preparations for the Women’s World Cup in February," WICB Project Officer for Women’s Cricket, Josina Luke, said.
"This week the ladies are finishing up a gruelling four week camp in Barbados and have been progressing nicely with their development. South Africa is a competitive team who will test the Windies Women just before they travel to Asia for the World Cup," Luke added.
