Winchmore Hill have been relegated from the 2013 Middlesex ECB Premier League after the final round of fixtures was played over the weekend.

A win would have been enough to stay up as third-from-bottom Hornsey also lost, but their 66-run defeat to Ealing sent them down.

Eastcote had already been relegated having suffered 20 points of deductions and won just three games all year.

At the top, Hampstead had been confirmed as champions last week, and finished on 130 points by beating Eastcote by seven wickets.

Ealing's win over Winchmore Hill saw them end the year with 112 points in second place.

Replacing Eastcote and Winchmore Hill next year will be North Middlesex and Brondesbury, who had both sealed promotion some weeks ago after dominating Division Two.

North Middlesex claimed the title, however, by just four points, as they beat Brentham by seven wickets and Brondesbury thrashed Ickenham by 130 runs.

Ickenham and Harrow Town are relegated to Division Three and will be replaced by Enfield and Indian Gymkhana.
