Road To Cricket World Cup 2015 Resumes This Month

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the schedule for the ICC World Cricket League Division Six, which offers teams the opportunity to progress to the 2015 World Cup.

The tournament gets underway on 29th August and the top two sides will be promoted to Division Five with such promotions continuing up until the World Cup Qualifier in 2013.

Division Seven champions Bahrain and runners-up Guernsey are joined by Botswana, Malaysia, Norway and hosts Singapore.

The matches will be played at three separate venues and the team squads have also been announced.

World Cricket League Division Six

29th August: Botswana v Norway, Singapore v Guernsey, Malaysia v Bahrain
30th August: Bahrain v Guernsey, Norway v Malaysia, Botswana v Singapore
1st September: Malaysia v Botswana, Singapore v Bahrain, Guernsey v Norway
2nd September: Norway v Singapore. Bahrain v Botswana, Guernsey v Malaysia
4th September: Singapore v Malaysia, Botswana v Guernsey, Bahrain v Norway
5th September: Final, third/fourth and fifth/sixth place play-offs
