Scorecard | Day One | Day Two | Day Three
Brendan Taylor scored an unbeaten century as Zimbabwe set Bangladesh 375 to win their one-off Test in Harare, although an intriguing final day was set up with Bangladesh reaching stumps on 112 for three.
Taylor, the newly-installed captain, stroked 105 not out as his side declared on 291 for five in their second innings but Bangladesh, with Tamim Iqbal making 43, set about their run chase confidently.
Iqbal made 43 in 44 balls and Imrul Kayes 31 in 64 deliveries before their opening stand of 65 was broken and a wicket for Chris Mpofu and two apiece for Kyle Jarvis left the game in the balance.
Taylor had earlier hit nine fours, combining with Tatenda Taibu (59) and Craig Ervine (35) not out to put Zimbabwe 374 runs to the good having started the day on 92 for four.
Shafiul Islam, Robiul Islam, Abdur Razzak, Rubel Hossain and Shakib Al Hasan all took a wicket apiece.
