Zimbabwe won the toss and decided to field against Bangladesh and Tamim Iqbal 128* and Liton Das 176 struch an opening partnership of 292 to give Bangladesh the best start possible. In a rain restricted match, Bangladesh totalled 322-3 in 43 overs.
