Innecesant and continuous rain have led to the abandonment of 15th and 16th game in the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League at Shere Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka.

The first game of the double header saw Khulna Titans and Sylhet Sixers share points with the conditions not even allowing toss to happen and the match was eventually called off by 15:32 local time.

With wet conditions and still rain around, the second game of the day between Dhaka Dynamites and Chittagong Vikings followed the suit and by 19:00 local time the officials confirmed abandonment of the match.

All the four teams gained one point each and as a result Dhaka continue to remain at the top of the table with seven points while Sylhet are at second with the same number of points but with a lesser net run rate.

Khulna and Chittagong are positioned fourth and fifth respectively after having five and three points.
