The ACC Men's Premier Cup 2023 will be played from 18th April to 1st May, 2023 with 10 teams eyeing a place in this year's Asia Cup.

10 teams will take part in the competition, namely Bahrain, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Malaysia, Nepal, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and United Arab Emirates.

Cricket Association of Nepal will host the competition. All matches will be played at the Tribhuvan University ground and Mulpani ground.

The tournament serves as a qualification pathway for the 2023 ACC Men’s Asia Cup and will be played in the 50-overs format.

Group A comprises Oman, Nepal, Qatar, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia, while Group B consists of United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Singapore and Bahrain. Saudi Arabia and Bahrain qualified from the ACC Men’s Challenger Cup tournament held in February 2023 in Thailand and are still taking baby steps in international cricket.

The winner of the ACC Men's Premier Cup 2023 will advance to the Asia Cup. Both the finalists and the 3rd placed team from the Premier Cup tournament will also qualify for the ACC Men’s Emerging Nations Asia Cup tournament later this year.
