The Adelaide Strikers have strengthened their ties with Oaks Hotels & Resorts, signing a new one-year partnership with the accommodation chain.

Oaks Hotels & Resorts are proud to have been partners of the Adelaide Strikers since KFC BBL|05 (2015), and will continue to be the Strikers’ preferred accommodation partner nationally moving forward.

Due to the growth of this relationship over the years, Oaks Hotels & Resorts will now feature on the men’s sleeve, cap and helmets for BBL|09 in an exciting deal for both parties.

To celebrate, SACA and Strikers members, now in excess of 30,000, will receive year-round discounts with Oaks Hotels & Resorts across the country.

In addition, all SACA and Strikers members will receive a 30 per cent discount for all accommodation booked over the next four days only, beginning tonight.

New Striker Cameron White is already looking forward to his stay in Adelaide.

“It’s only been a couple of nights but the hotel and its staff have been very welcoming and I’m very excited to get started with the Strikers here in Adelaide,” White said.

“It’s a new club for me so the fact that us interstate players have the opportunity to stay together with Oaks is very welcoming and a great initiative.”

Adelaide Strikers General Manager Steven Baldas said: “Oaks Hotels & Resorts have been part of the Strikers family for several years but it is really exciting for us to be able to grow this partnership. It’s also great that Oaks Hotels & Resorts can now offer discount benefits to our SACA and Strikers members, everyone is a winner.”

Mr Craig Hooley, Chief Operating Officer, Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites commented: “Forging connections with local community groups is a focus for us at Oaks. We are thrilled with this alliance with the Strikers to strengthen our link with local sporting talent and celebrate Australia’s engagement with cricket.

In other exciting news, the Adelaide Strikers have inked new partnership deals with Mitsubishi Motors and the Seven Network, and have extended existing partnerships with Comwire IT and Megacourts Indoor Sports.
