Afghanistan hit back to beat the West Indies by 41 runs in 2nd T20I at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium, Lucknow and level the series 1-1, thanks a brilliant all – round performance by Karim Janat who scored 26 and then took 5-11 for Afghanistan.

Afghanistan won the toss and decided to bat, scoring a competitive Afghanistan 147 – 7 in their 20 overs - Hazratullah Zazai 26 and Karim Janat 26 top scoring and Kesrick Williams 3-23 the pick of the bowlers for the West Indies.
In reply, the West Indies were completely undone by Karim Janat 5-11 off his 4 overs for Afghanistan who levelled the series 1-1 with one match to play tomorrow.
