Afghanistan will host the Netherlands for a three-match ODI series in Qatar in January 2022.

The three ODIs, which are scheduled for late January, will be a part of the ICC Cricket World Cup Super League counting towards qualification for the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup 2023.

Earlier this year Afghanistan played their only series of three ODIs in the Super League against Ireland, winning all three matches.

This will be one of seven ODI series, some home and some away, as after hosting Netherlands they will follow that up with an away series against Zimbabwe in February.

Afghanistan are also scheduled to host Australia & Pakistan before travelling to India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
