Another busy week around the grounds with clubs in the UK preparing for the new season ahead with Cricket Force and also clubs and fans reactions to England losing to the Netherlands in their final match of the ICC World Twenty20.

Cricket clubs up and down the UK and Ireland have been out and about getting their clubhouses and grounds ready for the 2014 season. we have received 1000s of tweets and some great photos of the work being carried out.

What a dismal winter the England senior men’s teams have had, in all formats of the game! The one great thing that has come of the disastrous winter is that now every single professional cricketer eligible to play for England can feel that they have a chance to play for a place in any one of the team formats – Test, ODI or T20.

Personally, I am really looking forward to the new season and drawing a line under the last six months; at Cricket World, we are launching a completely new section of the website – Cricket Club Profiles and we are looking to follow clubs, in depth, all over the UK with your stories, news and performance updates – please do check out the link and join in the fun!!

Finally, we have a More section. Tons of interesting tweets, images and videos that don't fit into any of the sections but are none the less very entertaining!
