Dawid Malan (23) and Ben Stokes (17*) added some runs, as they went in 112/2 (12 ov) after rain affected play.

In response Australia struggled, Chris Woakes (3/4) skittling their openers - Aaron Finch and Mitchell Marsh both gone for 0.

Eventually, unfortunately, the weather was too much and the match was abandoned.
