Hosted in Adelaide’s northern suburbs at Action Indoor Sports, Salisbury and ICA Sportzworx, Stepney, the tournament will see a record 36 teams vie for the title of national champions from 25 May to 1 June.
Cricketers from throughout Australia and a New Zealand invitational team will compete in five divisions including: Women’s 30 and over; Men’s 35 and over; Men’s 40 and over; Men’s 45 and over; and Men’s 50 and over.

At the conclusion of the championships, five teams will be selected to represent Australia at the 2019 World Indoor Cricket Federation Masters World Series in Cape Town, South Africa from 19 – 26 October 2019.

Cricket Australia Acting Executive General Manager of Community Cricket, Kieran McMillan said:
“Cricket Australia wishes all players and officials in the Australian Masters Championships all the best as they strive to be the best in their field in Australia.
“National championships are always a special occasion, but with places to represent Australia in South Africa later in the year, this tournament has extra context.
“No matter your age, indoor cricket is a fast, fun and social cricket format for everyone and I’ve got no doubt this national championship will be a memorable experience for the masters community.”
In 2018, Queensland dominated the championships taking out three of the four titles (Men’s 35 and over; Men’s 40 and over; and Men’s 50 and over).

All preliminary final and grand final matches will be live-streamed via the Cricket Australia Indoor Facebook Page and Cricket Australia YouTube Channel.
