
Bangladesh beat Zimbabwe by 28 runs in 1st ODI in Mirpur
Bangladesh won the toss and decided to bat at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium, Mirpur against Zimbabwe, in the 1st ODI of the Series today.
Bangladesh 271 - 8 (Imrul Kayes 144, Mohammad Saifuddin 50; Kyle Jarvis 4-37)
Zimbabwe 243-9 ( Sean Williams 50*, Kyle Jarvis 37; Mehedi Hasan 3-46)
Result - Bangladesh won by 28 runs

Bangladesh scored a well-earned 271-8 in their 50 overs, mainly thanks to a great century from Imrul Kayes 144 and Mohammad Saifuddin who scored 50. Kyle Jarvis 4-37 was the pick of the Zimbabwe bowlers.
In reply, Zimbabwe scored 243-9 after their 50 overs and Bangladesh won by 28runs.
