Durham County Cricket Club will host their first T20 quarter-final since they faced Glamorgan at Chester-le-Street in 2008 and kids go free.

Durham Jets v Glamorgan

  • First home quarter final since 2008
  • Kids go free
  • £15 tickets for adults
  • Record advance ticket sales
  • Bumper crowd expected
  • Friday, August 24, 6.30pm start

A bumper north east crowd is expected to get behind the Jets this Friday (Aug 24, 6.30pm start) as the club compete in their last Vitality Blast game at Emirates Riverside and fight for a place at Finals Day, Edgbaston on September 15.

The club’s box office has taken a record number of advanced ticket sales, topping any of the previous fixtures including this season’s derby-day game against the Yorkshire Vikings, which saw a crowd just shy of 8000 attend the match.

After finishing in second place of the North Group, the Durham Jets will face the Sussex Sharks on Friday who finished in third place of the South Group behind Somerset and the Kent Spitfires.

It’s only Durham’s second home quarter-final in history after the win over Glamorgan to reach Finals Day back in 2008 and will also be the first time Durham have met Sussex in a T20 match.

To book tickets visit the Box Office in person between 10am-4pm, go to the Tickets section of the website or call 0844 499 4466.
