“It was great to produce a solid partnership with Josh, that’s what we’ve been missing in our first few games and to get a decent partnership over the line is very pleasing.

“I thought the performance by our bowlers today was outstanding, they all executed really well.

“We’ve played two really good games with both bat and ball in the field and today it was in front of our home crowd.

“It was a great atmosphere at Optus Stadium, hopefully we can get a few more numbers in the next game and can keep building the momentum for our remaining home matches.”
