On the other hand, defending champions Rangpur Riders are with three wins and four defeats from their seven games.
The Titans have experimented a lot with their playing XI. While they surprisingly dropped all-rounder Paul Stirling in the second last match, they brought him back in the last match along with David Wiese as Brendan Taylor donned the keeping gloves.
Although Stirling was dismissed for a duck, Wiese went on to score a 20-ball 40. Lasith Malinga, who has returned from the New Zealand tour, was quite expensive. Interestingly, Junaid Khan was also rested but he will be back to pair up with Malinga in the next game.
Junaid Siddiqui has been the team's highest-scorer and has crossed the 200-run mark. He will get support from Brendan Taylor and Mahmudullah who struck a half-century in the last game off just 26 balls.
Rangpur Riders took the punt of dropping spinner Ben Howell and playing four overseas batsmen instead in the form of Chris Gayle, Alex Hales, Riley Rossouw and AB de Villiers in the last match. While picking Rossouw was a no brainer, as he is the highest run-scorer of the tournament with 349 runs which also include four half-centuries, it was expected that only one out of Gayle and Hales will feature but the team decided to go otherwise.
ABD made a mark in his very first match, scoring a 21-ball 34. Meanwhile, Mashrafe Mortaza has increased his wickets tally to 12 while Shafiul Islam has bagged 13 wickets till now.
