While the Titans have lost both their matches, the Kings have only played one which they have lost. More than the defeats, the manner in which they have come is disappointing. While the Kings could only manage 106 and lost to Dhaka Dynamites by 83 runs, the Titans were dismissed for a mere 87 within 13 overs and lost by 105 runs.
All-rounder Davis Wiese replaced Carlos Brathwaite in the last game. He impressed with his economical bowling and also picked up two wickets. There are signs of concern over the injury of the USA's Ali Khan. If he misses out, Brathwaite would be drafted back in the playing XI.
Paul Stirling has been the stand out batsman for the Titans till now. He scored a 46-ball 61 in the first match and also claimed two top-order wickets.
His opening partner Junaid Siddiqui has also scored a couple of thirties. However, there have been no runs from the middle order. Zahir Khan and Taijul Islam would shoulder the responsibility of the bowling along with David Wiese.
Rajshahi Kings had Mohammad Hafeez, Laurie Evans, Christiaan Jonker and Qais Ahmad as their overseas picks in the last match. They still have Ryan ten Doeschate and Isuru Udana waiting in the wings.
While their batting did nothing notable to talk about, Arafat Sunny claimed figures of 2-23 and Mohammad Hafeez picked one wicket, bowling at an economy of five from his three overs. Their bowling would be led by T20 star Mustafizur Rahman.
