Knights and Lions will face off against each other at the Diamond Oval in Kimberley.

Time is quickly running by for the Knights as they have not been able to open their victory account even after five matches. Two of their games have been abandoned while the team has lost the remaining three matches.

The Lions, on the other hand, are doing quite well for themselves and have won three and lost one out of their five matches, while one of their games could not be completed.

In the last match played between the Lions and the Kings this season, Lions posted a decent 150-run total on the board, batting first. Wicketkeeper-batsman Ryan Rickelton scored a breezy half-century while Temba Bavuma and Dwaine Pretorius also made notable contributions.

Gerald Coetzee, Shadley van Schalkwyk and Tshepo Ntuli were the pick of the bowlers for the the Knights.

In reply, apart from Andries Gous, Raynard van Tonder and Grant Mokoena, no other Knights batter could spend time on the crease. Epecially, the middle order collapsed and could not combat great bowling spells from Bjorn Fortuin and Malusi Siboto. Both picked up three wickets each while conceding less than four runs per over and broke the back of the Knights' batting line up.

Lions are expected to come out victorious yet again.

Let's have a look at the probable playing XI of both teams.

Lions- Reeza Hendricks, Ryan Rickelton, Temba Bavuma, Rassie van der Dussen, Wiaan Mulder, Dwaine Pretorius, Nono Pongolo, Bjorn Fortuin, Migael Pretorius, Aaron Phangiso, Malusi Siboto
