Cricket Betting Tips and Match Prediction for Asia Cup 2018 India vs Pakistan

Pakistan were comprehensively beaten against India in all the three departments but if there is one thing that is sure with the team, you never know which Pakistan is going to turn up.

The reason that Pakistan lost against India was that the openers did not fire and that set the tone for the rest of the match. If either of Pakistan's top four in Fakhar Zaman, Imam Ul Haq, Babar Azam or Shoaib Malik can go big and possibly score a century, they would then allow the other batsmen to play around them and things could well turn out to be very different.

Mohammad Amir is expected to be back in the scheme of things after not being able to make the cut against Afghanistan. There is also a question over Hasan Al's spot as the pitches in UAE are not suited to his bowling style. Haris Sohail failed to impress in the last match and Shadab Khan is expected to be back in his place.

India will probably go with an unchanged playing XI. They depend a lot on openers Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan to give them a start as the middle order in Ambati Rayudu and Dinesh Karthik is relatively inexperienced. Jasprit Bumrah and Bhuvneshwar Kumar will start the proceedings with the ball. The onus would be on the spinners Kuldeep Yadav, Yuzvendra Chahal, Ravindra Jadeja and Kedar Jadhav to pick wickets in the middle overs.

Here are the probable playing XIs for both teams.

Pakistan- Fakhar Zaman, Imam-ul-Haq, Babar Azam, Shoaib Malik, Sarfraz Ahmed (c,wk), Asif Ali, Shadab Khan, Faheem Ashraf, Mohammad Amir, Mohammad Nawaz, Usman Khan

India - Rohit Sharma (c), Shikhar Dhawan, Ambati Rayudu, Dinesh Karthik, MS Dhoni (wk), Ravindra Jadeja, Kedar Jadhav, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Kuldeep Yadav, Jasprit Bumrah, Yuzvendra Chahal
