Cricket Betting Tips and Match Prediction for Australia v India 3rd T20I
India can consider themselves extremely unlucky as they were all set to register a victory in Melbourne but Rain Gods had some other plans.
India had done well to restrict the Aussies to 132 off 19 overs and had a golden chance of levelling the series but that not could not materialize as the Indian batters could never actually take the field.
The target kept getting revised until it was 46 runs from 5 overs. The fans hoped against hope to get at least five overs in to make a match out it but all in vain.
India decided to stick to their guns at Melbourne by going with an unchanged playing XI. Getting in Yuzvendra Chahal for Krunal Pandya would have been a very tempting option but Team India resisted the temptation and showed faith in the young all-rounder. However, with Pandya not doing something out of the ordinary at the MCG as well, India might finally give in to the temptation in the last match of the T20I series.
Australia was able to accommodate Nathan Coulter-Nile in their playing XI after Billy Stanlake had a niggle in practice before the second T20I. Coulter-Nile was always a strong contender for making the final cut as not only he is a very handy bowler but can score some quick runs lower down the order.
With the bat, the team would expect Chris Lynn and Glenn Maxwell to spend more time at the crease before deciding to go all out. They need to understand that with the ability they possess, if they hang in there for a couple of overs, they can really make it count towards the end.
Let's have a look at the predicted playing XI of both teams.
