Cricket Betting Tips and Match Prediction for India v Windies 3rd ODI

Such a keenly contested series between India and Windies was not expected. Windies have certainly punched above their weight by giving India a run for their money.

The 2nd ODI played at Visakhapatnam ended with a tie as both teams scored exactly 321 runs from their 50 overs. India, headlined by the glorious century from Virat Kohli, notched up a daunting target of 322 for Windies.

But as the game went on and the dew set in, it made it very difficult for the Indian bowlers to grip the ball. The ball started to come quite nicely on to the bat and shot making became much easier.

However, this is not to take any credit from brilliant knocks from Shimron Hetmyer and Shai Hope who were able to take the team on the line but not over it. The Indian bowling attack is lacking the zing with Kuldeep Yadav seeming their only wicket taking option.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Jasprit Bumrah have been added to the Indian squad while Mohammad Shami has been dropped. The duo will certainly challenge the Windies batting.

As for Windies, they are looking like a settled unit after a long time. Obed McCoy was consistent on debut while Ashley Nurse was steady as well. In Shai Hope and Shimron Hetmyer, Windies have found two ODI batsmen on whom they can bank on. India would be wary of them come the 3rd ODI at Pune.

Here's a look at the probable playing XIs of both teams.

India - Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan, Virat Kohli, Ambati Rayudu, MS Dhoni, Rishabh Pant, Ravindra Jadeja, Kuldeep Yadav, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Jasprit Bumrah, Yuzvendra Chahal
